Appearance Based Medicine Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
1. Gift vouchers are redeemable against all products and services provided by Appearance Based Medicine at one of their clinics, however customers who are interested in those which require a prescription need a medical consultation first. Therefore no guarantee can be given that customers will be able to use the voucher against a particular treatment.
2. Vouchers are redeemable in full or in part during published opening times of the clinic. They may not be returned and are not transferable for cash. Any change due will be given in the form of another voucher or credit on your account.
3. Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase (as displayed on the voucher).
4. Photocopies of vouchers are not acceptable.
