At Appearance Based Medicine Ltd., Clare McLoughlin RGN INP (read about Clare here) will only carry out a Dermal Filler treatment following a detailed one-to-one tele-consultation with you. This enables her to accurately assess whether a treatment is appropriate given your unique medical history, skin condition and expectations.
If Clare feels that a treatment won’t give you the desired results, or is not required, she’ll talk to you about the alternatives during your pre-treatment consultation. During this meeting, you’ll be given comprehensive information about the procedure, potential side effects, and any pre- and post-treatment advice. You’ll also be given the time to decide whether or not, given the information you’ve received, you would like to proceed with any recommended procedure.
As with any injectable aesthetic treatment, there is a small risk of a patient experiencing side effects post-treatment. Some patients experience minor bleeding at the injection site, which can be followed by temporary and minor swelling, bruising, redness and soreness. However, these symptoms are usually not serious and should resolve on their own. Clare McLoughlin RGN INP will ensure that all patients are given comprehensive advice and support post-treatment to ensure that their treatment is as safe and effective as possible.
